“Instead of letting every entrepreneur learn the hard way, I want to share the
resources and lessons I’ve gained over the past ten years to help Chinese
companies build a smoother, clearer path into the U.S. market.”

Our Story
Over the past ten years of working in the U.S. business world, founder Daniel has
grown his work from commercial real estate to logistics and warehousing, and later
to building media platforms. Through these experiences, he created a connected
business network across different industries and personally faced the real challenges
and turning points that many Chinese companies experience when expanding
overseas.
As he continued building new businesses and partnerships, Daniel developed a
strong network that includes experts in law, finance, sales, human resources, and
marketing. But he also realized something important: many great Chinese brands,
even with good products and strong teams, often struggle in the U.S. market.
Because they don’t fully understand American business rules, culture, or local
resources, they can make costly mistakes — hiring the wrong consultants,
misunderstanding policies, or running into communication barriers.
These experiences inspired a clear conviction in Daniel:
“Instead of letting every entrepreneur learn the hard way, I want to share the
resources and lessons I’ve gained over the past ten years to help Chinese
companies build a smoother, clearer path into the U.S. market.”
Thus, LandEz was born.
